Prometheus Data, Inc. (“Prometheus Data,” “we,” “us,”“our”) respects your privacy and values your trust. Demographics and Characteristics

We may collect recordings of phone conversations and photographs or profile pictures. If you visit one of our physical office locations, we may collect security camera footage for security purposes.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16 and Prometheus Data does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we determine that we have inadvertently collected the personal information of someone under the age of 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Data Transfers
As a US company, most of our operations are conducted in the United States and in order to provide the Service, personal information will be processed in the United States, where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Additionally, many of our third-party service providers are based outside of China, so their processing of your personal information will involve a transfer of your personal information outside of China. We provide appropriate protections for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law for international data transfers.
